Today's (18 Nov 09) copy of the Australian Financial Review includes an article by Fiona Smith in the Workspace section on The Specialists, a Danish software company, in which 90% of employees have Asperger's Syndrome. The article (which can be accessed via free trial subscription), describes how insightful management can be implemented to make the most of the talents of those who suffer Asperger's Syndrome. The case study of the business is now part of the management program at Harvard Business School.
