Can anyone reccommend a good school in the ACT that supports G&T students well? My son is about to enter senior school.

Hi Arabella,
I hope that in mentioning senior school you mean a year 7-10 high school (and not a senior secondary college years 11 and 12).
I will make a few suggestions, but as each of these schools has a different approach I recommend you also talk to the schools directly.
Lyneham High has a gifted program called LEAP with an extension school band/music program
Alfred Deakin has a subject based program called Unicorn and
Gold Creek has a program called "gold"
I am the ACTsupport group coordinator and many parents have commented on how well these programs have suited there children. Also, the parents tend to have a very positive experience interacting with the schools themselves.
Both Girls grammar and Radfodd also have an individualized approach to gifted students, these are independent run schools.
I would like to invite you to become a member of the association and join the ACT support group where you can get to know other families in the ACT at one of our events.
