Advertising on the NSWAGTC Website

Advertising on the NSWAGTC website and in its electronic communications not only helps the association in its work but provides you with immediate access to a community of motivated readers, people who identified a need for assistance with their gifted children or students, and have sought out our Association's highly rated and informative website. Read below for details of how to advertise on our website, nswagtc.org.au, and in our regular eNewsletter.

Benefits of Website/eNewsletter Advertising with the NSWAGTC:

• Used by parents and teachers across NSW, Australia and overseas
• Updated on a regular basis and supports increasing interactivity with its community, generating return traffic with a more "sticky" interactive format
• Actively promoted by the Association as an accessible resource for members and visitors
• Our eNewsletter is emailed to more than a thousand subscribers who have opted in to receive information on events et alia related to gifted children

Cost of Advertising in our regular NSWAGTC eNewsletter:

• Generally sent monthly to our opt-in list of subscribers
• Item inclusion $75 - item marked as ADVERTISEMENT
• Inclusion allows for title and short paragraph which can include a link - images not accepted in order to ensure eNewsletter is not given a "spam score"

Cost of Banner Ad Advertising on our the NSWAGTC Website – nswagtc.org.au:

• Appears on almost all pages chosen at random as part of a limited set of no more than five ads.
• 12 months $400
• 6 months $250
• 3 months $150
• 1 month $75
• Payment rates per thousand impressions available on request

Discount Policy:

• Regular Gifted advertisers who are eligible for a discount can claim the same discount when booking a website banner ad, ie either 10% or 20%

Note:

• Website advertising will be invoiced up front in blocks of whole months.
• Payment must be made within one month of invoicing for discount to be claimed.
• Banner ad will be removed if payment is not received within one month of invoicing.

How to Advertise on the Website

• Contact the NSWAGTC Advertising Coordinator to book your ad and arrange payment - the office will advise the webmaster when these arrangements are in place.
• Send your banner ad direct to the webmaster, who can also provide technical assistance with banner ads or further site statistics .
• Banner ad details are: 468x60 pixels (full banner), will appear against a white background, file size restricted to 12k, can be animated gif – up to 15 seconds in length.
• The webmaster can, separately to the NSWAGTC, provide assistance with design of banner ads, if required, at additional cost – contact the webmaster for more information and/or to obtain a quote.

• Placement of advertising on the NSWAGTC website does not imply any endorsement of the advertised products and/or services by NSWAGTC.
